Don't worry... if it wouldnt be Brawn GP i would be High on minus :D i have ferrari:furious, brawnGP:bow, Massa:ouch and Vettel:furious :) so THANKS TO BRAWN GP :D im on 41 :D

does this also work like the rugby where you can chance your
combinations before every event? or is your team your team through
the rest of the season?

Which is counted in terms of grid positions - actual grid or quali results? (eg do grid penalties count like positions lost during the race?)

I think it's probably best to take the actual grid positions (after penalties). As there are points for overtakes as you know, so losing 5 or 10 places by way of a penalty would mean minus points, via lost places. Which isn't correct.
