Don't know if I was the only one hearing it, but for most of the lap, the RB were touching the asphalt with the underbody of the car, even the commentators in the Spanish TV, which include Marc Gene mentioned it. How on earth after adding more than 100kg worth of fuel, the car can race normally?
Likewise, even though they have awesome speed in qualifying their race pace is more similar to the competition.

Is it an incredibly intelligent solution? are they cheating and the FIA doesn't know it? are they cheating and the FIA know it but allows it anyway? do both the FIA and other teams know they are cheating and allow it because each year some team gets the benefit from the FIA and this year is RB's?

Well the dragging can't be too bad if it allows them to qualify 1st & 2nd..:Hmm

This has been discussed before....Some people said RBR had adjustable suspension...for which the FIA introduced a new rule banning any adjustment between qualifying and race...Redbull run a pullrod
Here is an explanation from SCARBSF1...pretty comprehensive

I too have noticed this from the redbulls. They have either a very good suspension design that allows them to do this to get a very good quali pace legally. Or it something thats bends the rules too much but nobody yet is able to point out that as they have no evidence to prove it's illigal. Whatever they are doing works over the one lap very well.

Well the way Alonso looked at the back of Vettels RB he is very suspicious why this car hugs the ground all the time.... I am starting to believe that the FIA might turn a blind eye on certian teams each year and if this is true it will come out eventually...
