Alonso had more grip, yeah, but it doesn't excuse him from driving into the back of someone. He should have been more vigilant. You don't win races on the first lap let alone turn 2. All his fault.

Lap 38 of 56 is about right time to start being fast. Yeah, that's how you win races and championships.
