You cannot run in a detuned engine mode, and then go four tenths quicker. Doesn't really work like that, unless your car is on another planet; which I doubt.
The point of the comment isn't to highlight that they have done the most laps, it was to highlight how well the Ferrari engine has performed today, based on them being the two drivers (individually)...

Car looks great. It also looks infinitely shorter than the Mercedes. Very nimble in comparison. Wouldn't be surprised if we see some huge differences at places like Monaco.
