I dont think they did any kind of Quali-Run. They just wanted to test how the car behaves with softer tires and how big is the wear etc...no pushing for times, no glory runs nothing at all guys :)
Sebastian Vettel has just done a longer stint on the medium tyre. His lap times: 1:30.0, 1:29.6, 1:30.0, 1:29.8, 1:29.9, 1:29.6 and 1:30.0.

If there are no problems with the car there is no reason to stay in garage: fewer test days than last year, reliability is getting tested on track and not on a race day, aero and setups also on track...
They are not chasing laptimes but there is fewer test days than last year so all programs are compressed meaning the teams will/must begin sooner to "push" the cars...
Everybody saing TR is a beast and if they had 2016 engine they would fight for 3rd best team I think...
They have 2015 car but they should have new engine in it...
