Agreed, the lad needs the mental discipline to stop overdriving the car when he's out of position, and let the race come to him; or minimise the damage if it doesn't. He's in arguably the best car on...
Relax guys, season hasn't started yet. Plenty of time to kill each other... Nobody knows for sure if this is "the car", some previous version of it, a mock up or photoshopped image. Design is always...
Try not to be such a buzz kill.
Fly pasts are a part of the race weekend; they help create an atmosphere about the event. Nobody goes to a concert just to watch a band come on stage, play a few...

HAM also pulled a similar/worse one on RIC in Monaco 2016 except there was no penalty. Your example demonstrates the rules are being applied consistently <unless> it goes against HAM. Which is the...
1. Interpretation of the Rules - The rule for re-joining the track refers to drivers doing so at a time and in a manner of their own doing. It does not apply in this case VET was essentially out of...
There are various ways to put heat into the tyres such as adjusting the suspension geometry, camber/toe-in/more wing etc but it's not so straightforward because you then have to manage that heat -...
That's the spirit!:clap:ferrarifl
Until our car is able to outperform the opposition or be in position to challenge consistently, it's moot talking about who the lead driver should be. At the moment we are not quite there.
Until we...
We had a free pit stop for both cars to have fresh tyres and.gp for the fastest lap. This weekend was always going to be a damage limitation on a Benz track but we should have tried for the extra ...
Testing was banned so we had to rely on wind tunnel data and computer simulations rather than test laps at Fiorano
:lolAlso by the way riccardo was beaten by kviat in 2015, so he must be the real deal, perhaps we should give him a seat?
Out of curiosity do you have similar stats for #44? Having the fastest car for many years helps but I can't remember the last time he made an unforced error.
Hoping we can capitalise while we still have momentum. Their recent win will surely give MB a boost but if we can keep pressure on they will implode. The signs are already there.
I wonder if Merc's delays with their latest upgrades had anything to do with this decision. :Hmm
Hahaha I'm loving this kid. We need him in F1 now!!
Put him up against Max and stand well back...
Agreed. With reliability a big question mark over the Merc engine, I would have liked to have seen Kimi really push Ham, and possibly forced a position and/or a DNF out of him.
Not helping... :lol
It's not all bad, this was a track the Merc was going to dominate, but we got pole and only lost out due to SC again. Our car is good. Just wish we could maximise our chances while we can.
It's not smoke, it's Merc repellent.
I think it helps his mood that he is leading the WDC and the car seems sound. It's too bad he couldn't have extended his lead over HAM to keep the pressure on.
I also wonder what difference the cooler temperature is making. MB historically put more heat into their tyres, which may be helpful now, and it will be interesting to see how tyre life compares when...
F1 = Speed+Danger+Glamour
Various reports are suggesting MB have recruited Lorenzo Sassi, former Ferrari engine man...
