And this is (one of) the team that will be racing her. It's all going on at Silverstone on 3 May - my tickets are booked.

    CRS reveals FIA GT3 plans
CRS Racing has announced that it will use the new Ferrari Scuderia GT3 for its first assault on the FIA GT3 European Championship.

The team, which debuted in the FIA GT Championship and British GT last season under the banner of CR Scuderia, will run two cars in the series this season, with the Scuderia GT3 being the 'newly-homologated' car the team referred to when announcing its plans for 2009 earlier in the year.

The new Scuderia has a 4.5 litre engine and boasts a significant increase in horsepower over the previous GT3 Ferrari. The car will also utilise a sequential gearbox with the Scuderia road car shift, and a new aerodynamic package which should see the car running towards the head of the field.

“We had a great test at Guadix in Spain last week,” team director Andrew Kirkaldy said. “The drivers we ran went very well and we are very close to signing up drivers for one of the Ferraris.

“We have had significant interest in our GT3 programme so we are now actively looking for the best driver combination for the second car so that we can run two cars that are both capable of winning.”
