That has to be one of, if not my favourite, Ferrari road cars. The back of it is stunning. Just a gorgeous, gorgeous car. Do want!!

And agree with Suzie, it's one of my all time favourites too!

Seems like Ferrari has really gone on to great lengths to make this a proper Ferrari, like in the 3rd video above, Chris Harris shows that if you just want to drive round a track smoothly in the fastest possible time, then all the electronics work (traction control, ABS, ESP, etc.) superbly to make it a great handling car. And if you just want to have some fun, turn all the electronics off and the see rear-end sliding out at every corner while you smoke and destroy the rear tires!

Just for your information, that top gear road test was not done by Clarkson (in case you were referring to it).

And far as Clarkson goes, the way I see it, is that he has been road testing cars for a long time. So he certainly knows a thing or two about them, and he is completely honest with his opinions. So it's not about putting a lot of faith in him, but just knowing that if he thinks a car is absolutely rubbish, he will say exactly that. And he is sometimes quite funny as well IMO.

But anyway, that's off-topic...

Point is, that this 458 Italia is not just a gorgeous beauty but is a genuinely good car as well. Maranello has done it again!

Just to be clear, I absolutely love the 458 and would love to win the lottery and treat myself. I never said clarkson tested it. I just was pointing out that people take his opinion as gospel and I personally find the top gear show quite stupid and i don't have time for his enormous ego. I much rather watch a car show about cars and not waste an hour watching 3 people trying to be funny and telling me little about actual cars. yeah and the annoying races that always come soo close! LOL
