I'll have that. No maccas and no Schu-macca in the top 3, strong position for the race, both cars up at the pointy end- Great start!

I can't believe the gaps separating the top 10. I know that it's a long lap and all but sheesh...big gaps there.

Why is everyone on the tv talking about great achievements etc etc, have they forgotten the small matter of the race tomorrow. If they bomb tomorrow no-one gives a monkeys about how good they looked in quali imo

Good starting positions for our race, i think we have a pace that can lead us to win. However very difficult race.

Quali is quite an important aspect of the race in case you didn't know and our boys done well and are in a great position. No pleasing some people i guess.

I think he was actually referring to Red Bull and what the BBC team/Christian Horner was saying. Quali is an important aspect, but its nothing compared to the race. You can have a car that works well over a single lap and is poor in the race. As Shahid said, it's all about the race. Who cares about Pole if you don't finish the race?

Top 10 will be on the Super Softs I imagine, we are certainly. I doubt anyone will have qualified on the harder compound.

I was surprised that Massa outqualify Alonso. Alonso seemed so strong in Q1 and Q2 so I waited clear pole from him.

    Congrats Massa/Alonso for good start

Vettel and Massa on softs I think.

Wonderful way to start the season.

Of course that pole or good position today doesn't mean a great race tomorrow, but it gives us the clear picture of whos got the fastest cars, and i'm just so happy that now we can certainly say we have got speed again!

Felipe and Fernando did a fantastic job I think, both looking happy, and competitive, Felipe wasn't that far off vettel's time, alonso a little more behind, but still had a good gap on the 4th which is Lewis.

Tomorrow I think 50% of the whole race will be decided on the first lap, specially the first few corners.

Should Felipe go for something like hungary in 08? really push it to take it to first? can nando afford to be that agressive knowing that by his side is gonna be lewis?? while i trust fernando has matured, i'm not so sure about lewis, i think of all the top drivers he's the one who's still more likely to be too personal about it and be all about a drag race.

we're looking good for tomorrow, if we can keep the life in our tires a bit longer than those around us a victory should be very possible.

Very nice first step. I am really curious to see what Mclaren's tires will look like, if they have a reputation of destroying them it will not be surprising to see them pit before anyone else to go onto hards.
