    Goodwood Festival of Speed

I was lucky enough to go to Goodwood on thursday for the first time. Thanks to very good friend for giving me a couple of tickets. It is celebrating Alfa Romeo's birthday 1910-2010. So there were (are) plenty of mouth watering Alfa's and Ferrari's. Was in heaven, thankyou again Jen and thankyou for that Alfa goodie bag aswell, birthday cake was lushmmmm ()
HAPPY BIRTHDAY ALFA, sorry afew pictures.....

Cool pics, Rob and thanks for your company - it was a good day out. Definitely to be done again! Silverstone Classic?

This beauty also attracted my attention - check it out here

And here's Gene with the F60 doing the hill

I took loads of pics, unfortunately due to brainfade, I made the fatal error of not cleaning my lens, so .... gutted a lot of pics messed up - sorry. but if you are one of the many Alfisti then you may be interested in scanning through these here - some Alfas here have never left the museum before. If you want to know details on the cars, some will be loaded onto www.Italiaspeed.com later on. Apart from the Zagato Ferrari above look out for the Zagato TZ3 (Alfa) - homologated for GT2 racing - a stunner. Just a warning - apart from about 5 pics the rest all Italians.

Looks brilliant, would really love to go to Goodwood some day. Having the Irish Sea to cross just makes getting anywhere like that much more hassle for me

    Great pics!

I love the Goodwood FOS, I didn't go this year (kinda wish I had) but I have been 5 or 6 times in the past - still can't beat it for entertainment and the access you get to the cars and drivers. Even my Mum has been a couple of times and she loved it.

I would (and do on a regular basis) recomend it to anyone who's remotely interested in cars and motorsport, there's just nothing else like it.

Best description of Goodwood FOS I've heard - "Glastonbury for petrolheads".
