Lou, I wouldn't remember all the qual etc, sorry to break the rules already but Vale and Casey at Laguna Seca a couple of years ago was a pretty special race, some of the Vale and Sete duels were brilliant, can't remember the year etc but the Spanish GP when Vale knocked into Sete on the last corner of the last lap and won was a pretty good race...

I remember the Laguna Seca one. 2007, IIRC.

    Google?

Agree with Tobes. Laguna 2008 was fantastic. As was Catalunya 2009 - totally epic.

The 2007 Laguna Seca one was a good race, IIRC. Am I mistaken?

Rossi's 3rd from last pass on Lorenzo--all of the passes stunning, including Lorenzo's on Rossi, TBH--but that pass....holy carp.

Listening to the commentary in Italian is just epic.

I have to figure a way to listen to the Italian feed (archived) while watching a race.

    Thanks again mate

    Holy Carp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last win 1976 500cc German Grand Prix
Last Grand Prix 1977 500cc British Grand Prix
    • 15 championships
    • Championships in 2 different series in the same year--5 times
    • 8 "MotoGP" (not called that, obviously) Championships, including 7 in a row

I would argue that Rossi will most likely have more wins in the "MotoGP" class before he's through (including the next 4-5 in a row with Ducati), but he's only racing in 1 series. I think one would have to pick them as equals if Rossi's career finishes as I hope/imagine.

Don't know anything about that era of racing, obviously.Even modern MotoGP wouldn't be on over here, if it weren't for SPEED, let alone "back in the day".

I don't know what's happened to my browser--I can't seem to find anything

Anyone have a US link to getting a 2002 MotoGP Season Review DVD? Similar to the one F1 does?
