OK folks, just wanted to share this with you for those that might enjoy it.
A thread started up on a forum called Pistonheads a couple of weeks ago with a certain poster decrying the manners and attitude of Jason Plato.
This thread grew and quickly became rather amusing (you really have to scan the whole thing to understand the joke but it's worth it). It makes amusing reading - like a slowly unfolding joke, not least for the fact that Jason Plato turns up on Page 8 of the thread to "defend" himself.
It's a great giggle if you are bored not least for the wit of some of the posters and the fact that Plato happily submits a photo of himself with a carton of Birds Custard (to prove it's the real him)*. He also agreed to (and did) use the word "custard" in a subsequent car review on Fifth Gear at the forum's request.

I won't spoil the fun except to warn of some strong (if censored) language at times and that adult themes pepper the thread from time to time so stay away if easily offended.
* The Custard Test was designed by the forum as a way for posters who say "That Ferrari is my car" to prove ownership by putting a tub of Bird's Custard on the car in any submitted photos.
Even if you don't know of Jason Plato (or indeed Bird's Custard) - it's well worth a read.
