Ferrari cancel launch of 2012 car after heavy snow in Maranello

Ferrari have been forced to cancel the official presentation of their new Formula 1 car because of heavy snow at their Italian base in Maranello.

Instead, the new car will be unveiled on Ferrari's website, ferrarif1.com.

"The decision was taken because of the weather conditions and the difficulties facing the 300 or so people due to attend," a statement read.

looking at that snow its going to be a long delay to see it on Maranello tarmac
