Formula 1 Live Timing Application (not the one from www.formula1.com)

I have stumbled by accident to this little free application that will work on almost any platform out there (Windows, Linux, Symbian, Android...)

    http://f1lt.pl/

As author has written on his web site:

"F1LT is a free unofficial Formula 1 live timing application written for Windows, Linux, Symbian and Android systems. It is an alternative application to the java applet available on the formula1.com site. To use the application you only need an account on the formula1.com site, the same you are using for connecting to Live Timing from formula1.com."

I'll give it a try very next weekend.

I think the FOM have clamped down similar applications to that one. I won't complain but f1.com should do a better job with live timing. Some new features like on track GPS and a bit more info would make it a much better experience.

They could, but I am glad for what we have. Look at MotoGP live timing... no sector times, you have to manually refresh the page, it has 10+ seconds delay compared to what is happening on TV, sometimes it crashes completely...

It looks nice. I don't know how it works (does it have any delays). I'll test it next weekend.

Wow. Looks promising. I'll give it a try on the final GPs.
    Thanks.
This season will be the "Rosso Corsa" season!

Apart from live timing on www.formula1.com are you using any other application or web site? Any suggestions?
I'll give it a try this race weekend for the one I have posted above.

Make a new account on Formula1.com and use a different password/email address than what you normally use.

You don't want this app to know your normal passwords.

    stefa,

Thank you very much. The app works perfectly with my usual f1 login.
