CAVALLINO RAMPANTE PER SEMPRE
Thanks for sharing Rob. Awesome stuff indeed.
Awesome stuff indeed!
I love how Ferrari keeps teasing (in a good way) people just by showing some parts and teaser videos of that soon to be revealed masterpiece.
By the way, I know this is a stupid question but, Ferrari tests their road cars in a different wind tunnel than their F1 cars, right?
Ferrari F70 to Debut at 2013 Detroit Auto Show.
Select potential customers will see the successor to the Enzo model early next year, but the F70 will be officially unveiled in January at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show.
At the 2012 Paris Motor Show, Ferrari offered a glimpse of what to expect from its Enzo successor through a carbon fiber monocoque. It is being reported that the exotic will pack around 900 hp from its 6.3-liter V12 engine and will achieve better fuel economy thanks to a KERS hybrid system. Despite that better fuel economy, the hybrid system will make the car significantly heavier, or at least it would were it not for other measures like building the body shell from carbon fiber.
In fact, the chassis should be about 20 percent lighter than the original Enzo despite a 27 percent increase in torsional rigidity and a 22 percent gain in beam stiffness.
Information about the much-anticipated car has been trickling out sporadically, but this is the first news about a public debut.

The back from the teaser looks a bit dodgy, but
Looks much better than I expected it would be like.

The F70 is going look stunning, so excited about seeing this beast.
The back end looks menacing
CAVALLINO RAMPANTE PER SEMPRE
Very excited when it will be unveiled! It looks stunning now already:xmastongue: Will there also be a limited made of like the Enzo? I guess that's the case.
Beautiful! That slot in the roof is begging for an air scoop, and I can picture a panel full of canards in place of those non-flush panels next to the headlights. We're short of the engine crackle and a lick of flame, but is anyone else getting a whiff of Le Mans?
Fernando for Le Mans, Ferrari works team. Make it happen someone.
This car looks really SICK! It says Race me! It's a beautiful creation and front and rear of the car are in beautiful balance with eachother.

Thanks for the info F1NAC!
Oh to be one of the lucky few clients to have received the 'invitation' phonecall. "Mr Smith, I have Mr Luca De Montezemelo on the phone for you". "Wassup Luca you old dawwwwwg!".
Thats nothing more than a moded Enzo.
Now my favorite Ferrari is
the 288 GTO, or the F40 and SWB, and the Dino 206SP..or the 212 Inter, the 550M, the 330...oh, n the 365 Daytona, the 308..
n the 328, 348...the 355, the 430 Scuderia, the 512S, M..the 512BBLM, and the P3..and that P4..well...then theres the 275 GTB...the 166 and 195 Inter...
how can I forget the F50, n the F60, 246 GTS now that one...hmmm, the GTB4..now...oh, I'll have to get back to you..I cant pick just one...
But I'll bet that pic in the 1st thread is not the new F60 (F70).
Mai Dare Sulla Speranza, Forza Ferrari!!
That picture looks good mugdoc, where have you got it from?
Looks nice but it looks a lot like the 458 Italia except for the rear of the car:xmastongue:
A rendering of the back: Attachment 5081
If you ask me it looks too conservative and I expect more!!!If it actually looks like this I have to admit than McLaren P1 looks ages in front!!!!
FERRARI FOR EVER !!!!!!!
I think the first pic in this thread, (the white one) is the best one. That car is stunning! I´ll wait untill I see the end result, but these last renderings tells me I could get dissapointed.
The pic Rosso Corsa posted is a teaser of the real thing. That isn't a render.

Yes that's right, just wait and see for the actual car and I am confident we will not be disappointed! Ferrari always make beautiful and hightechnical cars!

I don't like that very much to be honest! I think I just have to wait and see until the real car is unveiled.
