Yes. He´s pretty much saying that if Ferrari can make their car work like they are trying to, others could be in trouble. But if they can't, all of it has been for nothing.

By the way, this was the throwback to the 312T I was talking about: the white stripes behind the scudetto

at least we can't be saying that Ferrari has NOT tried innovative ideas...let's just hope it will WORK out of the box adn become that much faster during the season

Wow, S-duct, T-wing, and a tight tight rear end.

Side pods looks bad (in a good way) like don't mess with the king!

I like it even if I take off my red tinted glasses, which I could not say about many of them in recent past.
Well done and nice paint job as well! Forza Ferrari!

He should resign from his position if his own car does not impress him the most lol

Obviously he means other than his.
    Isn't that a bit obvious?
Also it's not a crime to appreciate other's work. I remember Mercs were praising Red Bull for their test car in 2014 and 2016, and they still won that year!

I don't think he's pushing that hard, it only seems that way because of 2017 DF levels and big whopping tyres not ?

Thanks.... the car looks fantastic and the sound too.

Would be great to hear Kimi' s thoughts on the car after that run.

Well he's not coasting around either, supposedly he ran a 58 second lap. Of course we have no way of knowing what a competitive time is until all the cars are running next week.

Maybe he's just being modest praising the opposition's car while believing that his is the best.

    Love the F60

I wonder why Ferrari went with a double pylon to hold the rear wing. A single one is the norm these days and is more efficient. Maybe that will change before the first race.

How do you know it is more efficient?

The two pillars must direct airflow to the monkey seat better than a single, central support.

1 thing which I'm Satisfied with is Ferrari have incoporated the s duct and monket seat on the car from the start.

I remember last year thinking the S duct will come after a few races etc and it didn't feature at all,the monkey seat did come eventually but that was after others had already had it on their cars.

This year we will not be saying when is the 'T' wing coming as Merc already have it, it looks like this year we have not missed that trick but we still need to see the benefits of it but the point is atleast we are not playing catch up.

Hopefully during testing we can have some very productive days to gather data then push for performance. Hopefully Mercs have reliability issues so they can't do their marathon testing laps like the past 2 years

Was also messing about with images of the sidepod inlets and here's how I think it works. Similar to how someone else posted it.
