Im not saying anything bad about your post.Just sayinh that if Massa on the f2008 did 1:18:339 ,and Kimi on the SF70-H beat the time of f2008 in Fiorano, isnt there a chance that we might do 1:18 here or better??!!!

Looks like merc are doing a full race simulation with Hamilton this afternoon.
Interviewer: “The helmet has a special meaning for many drivers. How important is it to you?”
    Kimi: “It protects my head.”

Ι read an analysis that say that because we have such complex sidepods/bargeboards, is tricky to "play" with the front wing. Its better to focus on the back end!!!!

15:28 ...and Vettel goes second on a 1m19.952s on soft rubber. That's 0.247s off Bottas, who set his time on ultra-softs.

It was soft, not medium. Hamilton did his time on super softs.

I think I seen the same analysis somewhere aswell, I think it talked more about changing the concept for our front wing as that might affect how the sidepods perform. Therefore they said it would be best if Ferrari concentrated more on the rear such as the diffuser

My gut feeling is I think the top 2 have a gap to the 3rd place team (Red Bull) in this moment in time, obviously in a few weeks the gap from 3rd should close to the front runners once RB start bolting their bits on(if they have any)

The midfield seems interesting as several teams very close to one another

I think we can get into high 1.17, or even mid to low 1.17 is possible with ultra softs.

Reports from track say the Renault powered teams are not pushing the engine.

11:51 Watching Vettel through Turn 1-3 is definitely my 'wow' factor of the day. The Ferrari is just planted and, even on used tyres, it doesn't budge one millimetre off line.

If they push the engine, they start loosing their bolted bits off :)

Geez what's up with Gary Anderson, it's a bit unsettling hearing him talk about the Ferrari to be honest.

I wonder if the team that revised its suspension was Mercedes given reports they are sliding around a lot...

Does anybody knows why our team didnt even try out ultra soft compound? Ok i understand that we are messing around with mercs and its kinda funny but still this is the tire for qualy and it would be nice to know how the car is handling with those tires and how much faster can we go with it.
