Still early days but from what we are seeing right now, which is only a few laps at Turn 3, Ferrari could be on a position to give Mercedes a bit of a fight.

Massa had already beaten the fastest testing time from last year, but this latest time now means he's now gone two tenths faster than the fastest lap set from last year's pre-season testing!
He's the only man on the circuit currently.

Despite not setting a personal best in sectors one or two, Vettel does a big personal best final sector to take P1 away from Williams and Felipe Massa.
A 1:22.475 is enough for a half-tenth lead on the time sheet.
