So putting together Seb's best sectors, he has a 1:23.352, but his sector 3 best time was a couple of laps later than his fastest lap, so I think he has at least a little more in reserve.
Trying to contain myself, but I'm super excited. Can't wait for Q

Fair play to Horner, didnt get sucked in just said he hoped we were running low fuel otherwise we are 'ballistically fast'

to be frank, there is no traffic issue when both mercs are on full run.

And also, bottas was all sliding around. I think it's his maximum lap. where as lewis can find more pace. but its straight fight between Vet vs Ham. Game on

09:21 Fast lap from Vettel but he didn't get the Turn 11 or 12 right - he carried a bit too much into 11 and needed a big lift to get through 12 safely. He's better on his next effort, further to the left and able to keep it nailed through 12 with a short shift. But he can't get near Hamilton, who can get his Merc to open up 12 and stay fully lit in a way others can't. - AS

I'm reasonably optimistic for quali, if not pole I reckon 2nd as a minimum as I think we should be able to get Bottas at least

Ted said something about 4 points of why Ferrari fast today..Think this is it
    -Ferrari run conservative mode yesterday
    -Fixed the electrical problems today
-He said Vettel might has hold something in S3 (hopefully so)
-Temperature helps us today. Warmer than yesterday

Yeah Haas and Torro Rosso moved up from last season. Williams and Force India moved down. Very encouraging

How good is it to have reason to feel optimistic after the practice sessions. Hope we can carry this good form into qualifying and the race.

I agree! It feels good and I feel excited and optimistic.

But remain cautious! If we don't qualify first, people will immediately call doom and gloom and the cycle will begin all over again. That would not only be extremely frustrating - but history repeating itself for almost the 10th year running.

I find it strange only 5 drivers improved their times in FP3 over FP2.
