Pfft that last sector. How do you lose 4 tenth in that alone. He only had to take it easy :(

We need a good s3 otherwise we will not be able to slipstream anyone on the pit straight

We need to leapfrog Hamilton on the start because it's gonna be unbelievabely hard to overtake him on the circuit because they are better than us on the last chicane.

yup, like last year when we could NOT pass the red bulls......even though we were fast in S1 adn S2....but come last corner could not keep up with then and could not pass them

let's hope tomorrow will be better adn different
So 2023 started off bad, but managed to claw back some lap time come end of the year. Lets hope SF24 will give us tifosi something to smile about.

Engine yes, but no the chassis. I think McLaren chassis is better than the overrated Red Bull chassis.

yes, that's one of the key to winning the race but if not then there's always the undercut or overcut.

No, they are faster on last sector overall but last chicane is the most important part for the sake of overtaking.

Does it matter how much time we lost in S3? no one improved their times, apart form Seb who got onto P2.

Good solid start, long run to T1. Just hope we all get around T1 safely.

Should be a good race! If we leapfrog him, I'll be very happy... but the undercut also works well here. We just need to keep in touch. Best case, we lead into turn 1, worst case (hopefully) we keep second. If Kimi can get into 3rd then we've got the win.

Hopefully all that start practice pays off!!

Vettel had a small lockup but Hamilton's last lap wasn't his most perfect either. So this is pretty good result in any case.

How is it starting on the dirty side for this race? Is it too problematic??

won't know that until they get the engine dialed in-->correctly....then we can see if the chassis is up to the task.
