This is his(LH) second year of a three year contract(2016 signed 3yrs for $150 million = $50 million per year). Toto believes/thinks/hopefull that Lewis will end his career with MB.

He's 32 now. So expecting another 3yrs in this f1.
He's a triple world champ, if he has passion to win more titles he would look for other opportunity. Till 2020 regulations will be same. So he's counting on mercs, as there's no other option for him which gives title chances.

They'll ramp up in Q2, but also the temperature is a factor for everyone. Times may not necessarily be much faster.
