If other magazines are right, new PU is around 15hp stronger than old, around 0.2.
Also, Seb's PU completed 4,5 races, around 0,2 of wear.
That is around 0,5 because of engine so it is damage limitation.
And also, Seb had fantastical race-pace yesterday
