What? Who ever said to stop the car, you take your position int he next small straight, you dont go ramming into people just because they pass you and you made a mistake to change lines.

Kimi was ahead already. VB should have stepped off the gas when facing that critical turn. Hitting the kerb is a consequence of his misjudgment/miscalculation. He was obviously at fault and should've been penalized 5 secs, at least.

Didn't Hamilton got a penalty in Bahrein for brake checking Ric in the pits?
What Vettel did was beyond stupid but Ham should have have been punished as well.

Sure they do, but I doubt they accuse them of bias. I hope they raise the issue about what Hamilton did however, since he has a habit of doing it. Not the first time he has caused a crash by doing it either.

Don't play dumb with me. I'm better at it than you are.

Im just using Gregs flawed argument against him, i know exactly that Seb did it on purpose and should've been penalized but im showcasing how easily one can change reality to help their argument.

You can use your flawed argument against yourself.

He shouldve came behind Kimi and BESIDES Seb on the small straight. You know, like the other cars did behind him.

    Guys,

We can all debate different aspects of the race until the cows come home.

Kimi coukd have won if he didnt get puncture
Vettel could have won if he kept his cool

At the start of the race I thought it be a Merc 1-2 with Vettel bringing it 3rd on a old engine witj Hamilton gaining 10 points on Vettel.

What actually happened is Vettel finished ahead of Hamilton and increased his lead. Lets all forget tbe 'ifs' and 'buts' and look forwars to the next race and get back to winning ways

How would he get behind Kimi when Seb was there? How can he go beside Seb?

I'm so glad Vet beat Ham. It's frustrating to see Botass in P2 though.

Calm down people! Nothing will change untill all the brits are out of the stewards position. They shouldn't be allowed to judge. It's well known that someone loves Hamilton and Mercedes. And they WILL favour them over any team.
Pace is still good, engine wise we are a bit behind. We're still on our way to a WDC.
If I was Vettel i would have done much worse. Brakechecks are common in my country and those drivers put me and my family at risc on many ocasions. None of them were lucky enough to walk away after it. This should have been our win, period!
Bottas should get ban for the next GP and Ham should start at the back for the next two races.

Are you seriously asking me how a car can be besides another while having others in front of him ? Especially when the car is on wrong side?
You can be behind Kimi and Besides SEB on the straight if you break and slow down and take the corner properly even tho you lost the apex. If you dont do that you take the break like BOttas did and ram into people.

    Thats like driving 101 there.

Is it at all possible in the heat of raising his left arm to gesture at Hamster, Vettel pulled on the steering with his right and thus veered into Hamster by accident? Makes no difference to the deserving penalty, but makes more sense that him losing his temper to the point of ramming a car.

It's a British sport, sanctioned by the Brits, juried and judged by the Brits. A real shame.

We Americans are still waiting on the next Phil Hill or Mario Andretti. Doesn't look to be one on the horizon. Any talent seems to get sucked in by NASCAR.
