Actually here in india, star sports is the broadcasting channel. Their schedule shows today
fp1 at 1.25pm IST 7th July.
other FP2 at 8th July 7:00am IST. Fp3 2.45pm IST quali 5.25pm IST

that sucks, maybe the channel is covering something else at that time slot? sure you can find some handy streams
