I'm not sure if it's illegal or not, but he definitely moved before the red lights fade out. Probably it's just a perfect start.

Sure pretty clear that he moved, looked OK when I saw replay during the race but they didn't have the wheel close-up right next to the light bar - wonder if that video mash up of the different cameras is 100% accurate??
