Omg but we were a second down in FP1. This can't be real. I must be dreaming. The season is over! Ferrari is inferior. We never stood a chance.

So 2023 started off bad, but managed to claw back some lap time come end of the year. Lets hope SF24 will give us tifosi something to smile about.

Looks like Hamilton won't be equaling Schumacher's pole record today

Which shows that we have a very good chassis. It is probably better than Mercedes and much better than the overrated Red Bull chassis.

Its the power circuit where Mercedes is ahead of Ferrari.

They press the special engine 'button' and gain over 20-30 hp in Q3 over Ferrari.

    And good to see you!

Nice job from both drivers. The real thing comes tomorrow. Ferrari has not had many clean starts this season. Don't forget Max and Bottas aren't that far away back (these two are quite good on starting lap). The race strategy needs to get better as well. Clean perfect pit stop, clean overcut/ undercut.... blah blah... ARGGGHH! Am I being way too paranoid?

So oil burning and floor flexing scandal, now new blown wheelnut scandal and Ferrari bags a 1-2. Couldn't be more proud of the team this weekend. Showed everyone we didn't come to play.

Also Max's interview implying ferraris pace today is hard to explain. Always digging digging digging for something to ban. Sorry max, we just did a better job this time. Accept it.

I'm glad to see the result today even if its just qualifying.
At a track where engine power is less important, we'd expect to see Ferrari strong again like they did early in the season, and that's what we saw today.

Hopefully tomorrow we see the same picture. Ferrari 1-2 and Lewis off the podium

Is this result because the track suits us or due to some upgrade to the car?

High DF circuit. Ferrari has good chasis, it's paying in such circuits

It looks like we have an awesome chassis and own aero tracks where PU is not that important. Qualy engine mode doesn't work here. Now Mad Max is going to cause Lewis a headache at the start for a change.

as evidenced by both Mclarens who made it in the top ten; good chassis for this track but the Honda PU is down on power but enough to get both Mclarens in Q1.

yes as the chassis is well suited for this track. Hopefully we hear again, " I can't get around this guy!"
