Daniil Kvyat has been docked three grid positions ahead of the Hungarian Grand Prix grid after he impeded Lance Stroll during the opening session of qualifying.

He was also given a tenth penalty point on his FIA super licence for the incident, meaning he is now just two points away from a race ban.

Kvyat was recovering from a spin at Turn 4 when Stroll's Williams closed up behind him on a fast lap at Turn 11.

So he is 2pts away from getting a race ban.

So its obvious this season, short tracks suits the Ferrari chassis and engine.

The next two races coming up after this one is Spa and Monza.....both power tracks.

    I doubt mercs
We have seen before, come race day and the tyres degrade less, therefore we should not commit to a 2 stopper first as we can hit traffic, safety car etc

That doesn't matter. Ferrari wants him for 3 years. Maybe Ferrari will be forced to sign him for one year though. Do we have a choice?

Yeah but most of them are a replacement suitable for Kimi only. Suitable replacements for Seb are Ric, Max and Lewis. Can we get Ric or Max? I don't know really know, they have a contract for next year, right? So what does that leave us? Lewis? Would he want to drive for us? Chances are that he doesn't.

    Please not Louis.
For me the best scenario would be.
Seb at one end & Leclerc at other end. Where he can learn alot, by the time vet leaves. Leclrec would be in good position to handle no.1 status.
    Or
If seb calls it off, then DR or max are good replacement.
Kimi should be replaced by hulk (he's performing very good) or Grosjean (he should stop moaning first, but he can handle big team car as we saw when he was in Renault against Kimi)

I would only hire Grosjean as a test driver, possibly.

If there is someone who will join us in the near future is has to be Ricciardo, and with some good perfomances in the future maybe Hulk. Grosjean and the others(perez, sainz etc) are not near compared to our current line-up. There's a reason max has the fewest laps completed this season( it aint just bad luck). I dont want Lewis, maybe bottas but i hear merc want to keep him.

    Sainz outqualified max in TR.
Perez outqualified his team mates in FI
Grosjean has been best in Renault against Kimi
Hulk too had good season except last year.

Above drivers can be good no.2 not 1

lol, maybe his constant complaining would force engineers to build the perfect car, just to keep him quiet.

Grosjean was still significantly beaten by Kimi in Lotus. He is even worse now in Haas, constantly crying about thing and not being competitive enough. He is a bit of an overrated driver in my opinion.

Don't be so sure of yourself. Monza is similar to Canada which we could have won if not for Max. Low speed corners tend to suit us. Sure it's a power track, but I'm just saying it's not a foregone conclusion as you claim that we will be terrible.

Spa I'm unsure. But we weren't terrible there last year with quite a bad car, and a worse engine than now so...

I just hate people being know it alls (no offence). You don't know how it's going to turn out. And I'm pretty sure Ferrari has a better idea than any of us. So maybe trust that a bit.

So Ham blocking Grosjean, FIA: carry on!

    Kvyat blocking Stroll, FIA:

I cant take FIA stewards seriously anymore.
