Definitely set-up issue

Seb might've had a problem when he went wide on those hellish kerbs. Maybe he damaged the floor a bit?
As for this session, i don't have a solid conclusion. Both Ferrari and Merc were maybe testing race pace and RB were all out to set the fastest lap. FP2 will maybe show more. Hope Seb will do more laps as well.

Onboard lap of vet looks sliding all over the place.
He had oversteer problem. In sector 2, he's hitting the kerbs too hard. Coming out of the final corner car doesn't look stable.
Either it's set-up issue or he's testing the limits
