Because we stand a better chance of winning the WDC or overall WDC is more important?

Thank you Ferrari for giving us fans the best results before the break starts!
Yup I was thinking the same, they are very confident

Kimi deserved to win cause Seb had issues?

Did not enjoy the race a bit. On edge for 30-40 laps was hectic as hell.
Nonetheless, Forza Ferrari 1-2! That Seb dance in the end was epic.

And Merc are sure they win SPA and Monza, so 2 points less for Ham would not be decisive for the fight with Seb

This is extremely ignorant to say.

You clearly didnt saw Kimi on pace for faster lap as soon SEB went to pits and Kimi had free air, Kimi himself asked why they brought him in when he could stay out more.
Heck VERSTAPPEN for 44 laps going insane pace clearly proves it.

Kimi was faster today either you like it or not and instead fo bashing him like you and some others do in here all the time and want him replaced maybe you should be grateful that he is a great team mate willing to help.

Why didnt team let Kimi stay out longer here as well then, when he was clearly faster and was going for faster lap, heck Kimi asked himself the reason as well.

1 more LAP from Kimi and he wouldve gone ahead of SEB.Times support it.

Wow I feel bad for all the Ferrari supporters having to watch the races on Sky. Just watched a few minutes of post-race interviews and it was mighty annoying.
Great job by the team, though we were lucky it's impossible to overtake on this track. Next two races are Spa and Monza, let's see if we are still competitive then.

Well a lot can change when we go to SPA. Hopefully Ferrari will bring some updates that will improve engine power.

Well, he was clearly faster. Maybe we shouldn't say he deserved to win but for sure we can say he deserved to try and overtake Seb. In fact, if he stayed longer, he would've ended up in front of Seb anyway.

well alonso..stayed sixth..with a serious disadvantage, cause overtaking is impossible here..otherwise he wouldnt have been able to get those points.its not like kimi didnt try to overtake vettel...he tried.. given how ferrrari is faster on this track than mercedes i dont think hammy could have overtaken seb if he was behind him...cause kimi couldnt...

And behind the Mercs....then you would slate the team for terrible strategy.

Are we going to start arguing again about who should have won? I guess it's better we never have 1-2 finished so you guys don't have anything to fight about. I'm happy we got a 1-2 and that's it.

zike, please stop praising Mercedes even when we win...

Why behind the Mercs if he still had speed in those tires? Kimi said it himself over the radio...

Bottas no penalty twice, while Max got 10s.

    Great consistency stewards!

Congrats to Seb and Kimi controlling the Mercs.

No they werent, Greg you're not talking to some casual fans to sell out such fairytale.
Botas times with new tires were SLOWER than Kimi on that LAP, Kimi was going for Faster LAP.
Also considering that Botas was 7.4 seconds behind as well he would never come close.

Merc was quick on their new tyres, Kimi had no idea of Merc pace.
