Excuse me, but Live Timing is showing Vettel as 8th but with a time of 1:36.223 - which effectively puts him in third, not 8th...? And this is directly from the F1 website...what the hell is going on here? ANY glitch in live timing at this level is a glitch too many...and so all times should be thrown out. Why is Ferrari or no one else seeming to pick up on this??

We can get more DF than Merc for the slow tracks, but at a price of higher drag

I think both Ferrari's struggled to switch full wets. Vettel was flying in Q2 on inters.

If the mercs have more DF and still quicker in the straights that mean that we are miles away from them in the both side (engine and aero) no?

I hope for something good tmw but i will be not surprised if we struggle behind all the mercs engine.

Also if you see RW of those cars it's definitely high.
When race is dry then those cars will be sitting ducks

I agree with you. There is always these kind of surprises when wet quali. It is just luck to get good lap, and Ocon and Stroll were lucky today.

I am pretty sure there's something more to this. We just cant be slow and struggle with warming tires all the sudden.

Ferrari were first team to test wet tyres in the test during winter. Artificial wet track firano n Barcelona. But still not having advantage seems to be worry actually.
