    2017 Italian GP: Race

    Looks dry and sunny today.

Hopefully everyone makes it past the first chicane and then Vettel and Kimi get past traffic.

Massa's advice to Stroll in P2: 'Just go for it'

Felipe Massa has told Lance Stroll to "go for it" as his Williams teammate prepares to start alongside Lewis Hamilton on the front row of the Italian Grand Prix grid.

I hope Stroll and Ocon really do go for it down to the first corner. Potential for some carnage.

Fingers crossed for Seb and Kimi. Under circumstances, desperately, I wouldn't mind some force majeure intervention today - Lewis DNF for instance.

We just need to keep our noses clean into turn one. Races are not won in the first corner

My wish: Seb takes Ocon and Stroll by turn 1. Pushed Hamilton wide like he did to Alonso. 1st by the second chicane lol.

Apparently the car Alonso was in for the drivers parade lap broke down. He had to jump in with Palmer. Alonso has no luck with cars

thta is easier said then done mate.....don't forget Bottas is up there too; so he'd have to get passed him also
So 2023 started off bad, but managed to claw back some lap time come end of the year. Lets hope SF24 will give us tifosi something to smile about.

Bottas will try to block vet for hamster. For giving him 3rd place in Hungary.

He will play the team game and forget his own push for the title as he still not signed yet.

We need to displace Ocon and stroll quick as we cant afford to be sat behind them.

Is it a 1 stopper or 2? The track is greener from all the rain yday so has not rubbered in over the weekend like other tracks so tyre deg might be higher

I think it's better to use Kimi as buffer for vet. By trying him on alternate strategy.
Longer stint as mercs will pit n Kimi can come into play.

Tyre graining will be a factor. As track is fresh again.
