I honestly hope you're right. This looked very bad, we were too slow today, speed left on straights, in the corners, everywhere.

That's my point. To often when Vettel has been doing well this year Kimi has been nowhere. Kimi has to be more competitive when Ferrari are strong.

Can't say I am surprise as this is a track where Merc engine advantage comes into play.

P3 is to be expected, so no complains from me.
We can get back the WDC lead in Singapore with a strong 1-2 result.

Kimi's role is now even more important than ever, he has to beat Lewis too to take points away from him.

Hamilton: "I love it here in Italy and I love the passion of the fans, particularly the Ferrari fans, they are fantastic. I'm happy, we did a great job. Mercedes power is definitely better than Ferrari power!"

yup, more like a sword in the heart.....hopefully we'll get them back by the end of season
So 2023 started off bad, but managed to claw back some lap time come end of the year. Lets hope SF24 will give us tifosi something to smile about.

Sebastian Vettel: "It was entertaining. My start was not so good and it took a while for me to trust the car.

"After that we were a bit isolated. We didn't have the pace of the leading two drivers.

"Even if this race has been difficult, I know we have a strong car and will have a strong end to the season."

That was a real stab to the heart by Ham. I bet the SkyF1 folks had an orgasm.

I think they've fixed all their weaknesses now, they'll probably be fastest in Singapore as well.

I agree. I doubt we will see Merc being weak at any track. They did their homework during the break and leading up to the brake. I'm sure Ferrari worked as well but from the outside it looks like they just sat with their thumbs in their butts.
