Well Hamilton had just 4 cars in front at the start and 3 of those were gone at the first corner. So he only has one decent car left to challenge him for the win.

"Traction's really weak, the front's starting to drop a bit," reports Ricciardo. "Think about your tools to help that out," suggests Red Bull.

This race did cost us... lets say 15 points. If that's nothing, I don't know what is something then. 15 points is massive, when you have just 6 race left and circuits that will suit Mercedes better, than us. And on the track, where we needed to do well, as it was Mercs weakness, we gave them the win. I can't believe, that our drivers were so clumsy and basically got rid of themselves, when everything is in stake. Just.... amateurish really.

Seb should've been more cautious. Chopping people at the start in such tricky condition is not a wise move.

I was thinking the same, Max was the only one who knew the positin of the other 2 cars. Seb couldn't see Kimi and vice versa. Still a racing incident

VER don`t break. That is why everybody loves him, but they are blind for all those issues that "no stepping back" attitude causes. A lot of crashes.

So 2023 started off bad, but managed to claw back some lap time come end of the year. Lets hope SF24 will give us tifosi something to smile about.

"Has everyone changed tyres except me?" asks Hamilton. "Not sure that's a good idea, everyone's had a free stop."

Mercedes reassures Hamilton that if he'd pitted, Ricciardo "would have done the opposite".

If you really believe we lost the 2012 title by an underperformance of Fernando, you can't be taken serious, I'm sorry..

So are we gonna have grid penalties in the next race since both cars were heavily damaged ?

Agree, it was a racing incident. Many cars around, water spray and all, such standing start will always be dangerous

Why? He is a good driver, he will not bin it for no reason
