These past two days have been the most impressive from Honda. They have never had mileage like this during testing.

    Mercedes AMG

NEWS: @ValtteriBottas will continue to drive for the remainder of Day 2. This is to maximise our mileage after the poor track conditions limited running this morning.

For us fans it’s pretty easy to say they did right or wrong after seeing cars on track. I’m sure McLaren were in a different situation with 3 years wasted & pressure of fans, sponsors mounting.

I'm not saying who is right or wrong. I'm saying I'm not surprised if Honda have improved. But maybe Renault will also improve over the course of the season, that's why I said let's wait and see where McLaren are then.

No, don’t get me wrong, wasn’t targeting you. Just reading few posts people jump the gun. Honda may or may not develop a reliable & fast engine this year. McLaren’s situation & decision to drop Honda I thought was a no brainer at that moment. It’s a legendary team, & deserves to be in front but behind Ferrari ofcourse

Seems like Seb went fastest but then spun at turn 2. Red flag caused by the amount of gravel he kicked up.

Seems like Vettel wanted to see what the car was capable of and it got away from him.

I have a feeling this is going to be a very enjoyable season as a Formula 1 fan. Way to soon to say how Ferrari will do, but I'm cautiously optimistic.

The snow has stayed away (so far) and the sun is out. tracktemperature up to 18C, also due to the cars running but airtemp is still a chilly 5C.

Drivers are putting in good # of laps.

    Mercedes-AMG F1‏

Mileage is king in #F1Testing, so we want to make the most of the current conditions. A driver swap would require switching out seat, pedals, even stickers when we could be out on track!

Yup F1 should have went there for testing like used to
More appropriate temperatures as were going to see during the season

Ha, ha....Pirelli should have also provided snow tires for Barca testing
...the new SF71H looks amazing. Let's hope it's gonna be as FAST as it looks.
