Testing times mean nothing we could have heavier fuel, less powerful engine modes, Sainz could be pushing harder. Us and Merc easily have 1/2 seconds in the bag.

Why are you jumping to conclusion??? Vettel has done 150 laps already He can't be fast throughout, sometimes they do slow speed to collect data. kind of tired of all these listing of lap times. it means nothing because teams are doing different programs

Yes we are sandbagging, because we are testing not doing glory runs, VET was with the Diffuser probes installed in the morning, the F71H have a lot more to show. And we are not having problems like REd Bull and McLaren, also we are not degrading Soft tires like Merc.

Lets hope for the best guys

That is what I observed also, Ferrari has greatly improved F71H and I am looking forward to Melbourne.

On another note, McLaren look silly, 100 lap target a day- If Honda was still with them the blame would be theirs as McLaren can do no wrong

I posted lap times for people who wanted to know the stints! Some of us, we want to know stints, data! So, please, if you dont like it, then dont look at the post, just skip it!

Of all the years I have been watching F1 and testing, testing stint times can give you a clue. Last year, we had a very good test, we were fast, faster than what Red Bulls did and equal or faster than Mercedes, most of the time. So, it gives you a clue. I am just pointing it out. Dont yell at me for it! come on guys, I want our team to do well, just like all of you.

Or Teams have not optimised their set ups, trying different things. The lap gimes will come at the end. Not the beginning that is if teams want to even reveal their hands. Don't forget last year Ferrari were hiding their speed by lifting at the end of the lap. Like the previous era no prizes for being the winter testing champion.

Last year's fastest lap in the race was 1:23.593 by Ham... judging by this, this year's cars are already 1s faster overall...

We had many 15ish lap stints on mediums and much faster then one posted. Dont know what they where looking for, but it was better then Max stints.
