Is Vettel on a race sim?

I think at the end of the day he will do some quali sims as it's his last day in the car

It may very well look like a double diffusor like back in 2010 days, but we all know that is NOT allowed within today’s rules.
You cannot have a hole in the rear part of diffusor to replicate a double diffusor

But whatever it is, it surely is interesting
So 2023 started off bad, but managed to claw back some lap time come end of the year. Lets hope SF24 will give us tifosi something to smile about.

Well we will see IF the FIA deems it legal by first race
And if it is legal, then there is NO hole in the diffuser so that it acts as a double diffusor

But like I said, whatever it is and by the looks of it it works really well on our car, it surely looks INTERESTING

    And what about this? https://twitter.com/Berrageiz/status/971736988721262592

It's not a problem as the guy writes, because they were not working on the car afterwards, everyone is relaxed, Seb just sit in the car and went on... It's like... could they be just driving smoke through the car somehow to see how it comes out? Maybe the "Double diffuser" is fueled differently and the floor is still one piece... Do you remeber the picture from the unveiling, where it seemed like the SF71H has holes near the bardgeboards? Could they be feeding the upper part of the diffuser somehow?

Yeah I saw that Tweet about the car doing the white smoke, and I also remember and seeing the so called holes near the bardgeboards, maybe somehow are connected to that interesting innovation that looks like a double diffusor

I cannot believe the critics have not picked up on it yet, especially the famous Garry Anderson

That I’m sure of......especially since Newey did not think of something like that himself....lol

AND Seb had a very odd 3d stint on mediums. He started in 1:20s and he went up to 1:21s to finish with a 119:9 on the last lap. So he was doing 1:21 from lap 30 and he was doing on lap 50+ to 60+ .with almost halp fuel same laptimes????!!!! Looks like he didnt done proper 3d stint!!!

Also Bottas did all 3 stints on the medium tyre which, of course, cannot happen in a real race as teams must use at least two compounds so really... it’s all academic.

I am saying, the lap times from our second stint, looks like their first stint. It means, unless they started with a lower fuel load, then, they are faster than us on the same tier. Ok, maybe temp has some influence, but we are in 23s and they are in 22s. So, its a huge difference.

Bottas stint was a few 1:23 s and then all 1:22s.
Vets was 1:22s and 1:21s. So Seb was faster!!!

Bottas' first stint should have more fuel load compared with Vettel's 2nd stint. Maybe someone knows the difference the fuel makes per lap

Hi everyone I dont normally post stuff on here but just had Sky news on and yesterday when Redbull was fastest they were saying they could be a match for anyone, today Vettel goes nearly a second faster but we have to take into account fuel, engine modes the weather and everything, they really do my head in I hope we smash the lot of em come Australia

Yes, but Vet stint was 25laps vs 16 Botas, so probably Botas had less fuel, I think...

Nope, today, Bottas just before lunch, and Vettel just after lunch.
Yes, temps might make a little bit of a difference, but not as much as this is a long stint, and mediums works better if its cooler too, but temperature been constant all day. Not much sun.
