There is no change d day d test d today to Friday. The track was reserved for a day of filming by Williams. There was no unanimity to change it. Ferrari would have opposed to postpone it.
Is this true? Or is he just saying things

Speculating I guess Pure Passion. I have NOT come across anything suggesting otherwise when Williams opposed the decision to move to Friday testing IF it snowed.

a Ferrari press officer has said there won't be any running at all today. Not even if temperature rises later today. Too cold to gather useful data.

    FIA World Snowball Fight Championship

Mercedes: Expresses fear that Ferrari and Red Bull will bring competitive snowballs. Snowball flies 10 km/h faster than anyone else's.

Ferrari: Threatens to quit the championship in response to the FIA's proposed regulation changes to reduce the number of fingers used to grip the snowball from 5 to 3.

Red Bull: Gets everyone excited with a beautiful icosahedron snowball only to disappoint by ultimately unveiling a regular snowball.

McLaren: After 3 long years of snowballs disintegrating mid-air, McLaren feels confident after changing snow suppliers. Dislocates wrist while attempting first throw.

Force India: Somehow made a great snowball with snow they scraped off of windshields in the parking lot. Unfortunately, their throwers keep throwing them at each other.

Renault: Brings a bright yellow snowball. Nobody wants to ask how they made it.

Williams: Brings a snowball that flies very fast in a straight line, but tumbles and sinks like a rock in the presence of crosswind.

Toro Rosso: Teamed up with McLaren's former snow supplier. Snowball flies farther and without disintegrating, making everyone question their sanity.

Haas: Half the snowball was made by Ferrari.

Sauber: Confusion in the ranks after three people show up claiming to have been hired for the fight.

Rumours are flying that Friday wasn't the planned extension, it was Monday because the circuit was already booked by Williams for their filming day.

Apparently it was more than one team who said no due to logistics, flights etc...

Teams who apparently said no are

    Ferrari
    Williams
    Renault
    Force India

These rumours are coming from multiple sources so any of them could be false. All sources however, are saying it was more than one team and Ferrari has been cited in the ones who have named a team.
    Forever Ferrari

Is the session about to start?
    Hold on, what's this?

A message on the timing screens that they are anticipating to start the session at 11am UK time.

But whether any cars go out is quite another matter...

Test program will remain unchanged. The possibility of being able to recover today's day in Friday or next Monday It is not possible...
    there is no team unanimity.

IMO, FIA should just decide to extend for another day, and anyone who wants to stay can do so.

If you need unanimous agreement for every single thing, nothing will ever get done.

Williams has rented the circuit on Friday and Ferrari have it on Saturday. This is the problem here. They could start the new session a day or two early though.
