I am waiting. I get it, it is not very popular thing to support Kimi but this hate against his supporters is tiring. Even in a forum which is dedicated to a team he drives for.

    Shame on you.

feeling bad for kimi now, no point asking him about the mechanic, ferrari need to avoid rookie hour in the pits, do more practice and get some backup systems to ensure stuff is right before release

exactly, even if Lewis and Bottas got quicker car, they would be in tyre preservation mode. Kimi could use the new softer tyres to full effect and hunt them down.

Sometimes its better to have different strategys, as it plays havoc with the other teams as they got to watch out. Its best way to go racing. That way covered all bases.

Great stuff from Seb to hold on. Deserved the win. Hamilton 17 points behind is a good start. Too bad for the pit incident, hope the mechanic is ok and Kimi has better luck next time. In the end it was Ferrari on top spot!

Also, the dudes leg is broken. If you’re a Ferrari fan, now is NOT the time to bash the team or the driver. One of our own literally went down in a heap on live TV and this is what people are talking about? It’s a sickness. People on here are self obsessed psychopaths. Stop thinking Ferrari owes you something!

Kimi always complains of traffic...that's why he didn't win Monaco last year.

how insulting to the team, they train practice hard. Mistakes happen. Be happy we won, and mechanic ok, apart from broken leg.

Merc switched to medium after watching Alonso switch to them and putting decent sector times

Even better. Fuel save mode and we still win. Imagine that.

So 2023 started off bad, but managed to claw back some lap time come end of the year. Lets hope SF24 will give us tifosi something to smile about.

True. These things shouldn't happen during the race. The used rear tyre was still on when they released Kimi. I get it that now that Ferrari and Vettel won the race it doesn't seem that of a big deal but if they don't sort it out. It might decide WDC or WCC.

Don't think he would've been overtaken as easily as you say by HAM ..his pace was similar to Seb on softs and if he was indeed overtaken and if Ham had got too close then make the stop anyway the next guy was far behind
..it would've been a free stop ..the timing of the second stop made no sense it would've have given him a shot back to Ham either as the pace differential wouldn't have been enough to close down ..it was just done to see how quick he could've been and a hope he could attak ham and force something and secondly ,more importantly I feel was to collect data on soft tyre wear and see what pace was possible on SS at that stage of the race .. anyways you think of it doesn't seem like a strategy that would benefit Kimi in anyway ..

Jesus Christ guys. We won. Yet some of you go on and on about Kimi, about this and that. We can worry about that tomorrow. Enjoy the moment.

    Dammit.

You are arrogant and delusional. Stop acting as if Ferrari owes you something. You are a couch critic - just like the rest of us. You have no idea what these guys do, day in day out, to entertain us for a few hours a weekend. I mean come on! You’re so repulsively negative. 2 weeks ago in Australia Mercedes made an error. Neither redbull even finished the race. Perspective is important. Also, one of our team members is probably going to be in recovery for the next 6-12 months so show some respect to what is supposed to be YOUR team.

The effect of the psycological impact of Ferrari outthinking Merc in the first two races will be interesting to see, especially re Lewis. It could lead to impulsive mistakes later, which could be to our advantage. Lewis does not appear to do as well re confidence, decision making and the like when the pressure is on him

Hope mechanic is ok, but it’s that mechanics fault standing in front of rear tyre.
