Toto has to find some kind of excuse to explain half second deficit, which is huge in qualy, especially if you're the 'dominant' team.

Not surprised Ferrari is this good, when Kimi and Vettel looked happy during winter testing and Italian Press not negative as previous years one can deduce that Ferrari has done a good job

Seb was right about the gap being 4 tenths between Merc and Ferrari, he just got it the wrong way round

Merc didn't seem to be able to use the US like Ferrari did, even though colder conditions (which in the past favored Merc over Ferrari). Tomorrow will be an interesting race. Hopefuly we stay out of trouble, that's the main thing. Also hopefully we can keep P1 and P2 unlike Bahrain, this will be crucial, Merc has 2 cars at the front for the first time this season so they can try things strategy wise.

    Making up excuses already. LOL!

The thing is, there is virtually no difference between Mercedes and Ferrari PU. So they cant save themselves anymore with their Q3 engine maps.

Our chassis is better than Mercedes , that's why Ferrari can turn on its tyres better than Mercedes.

Nope, I want Lewis to have to stick out the whole race and just watch us sail further off into the distance. Or better still, have some blue flags waved at him when he gets lapped by Seb and Kimi

    Clean start tomorrow

Hope ferrari took the weather change into mind, im happy we are starting on softs and that the hungry RB guys are on US chasing Mercs instead, what a beautiful result.
Lets go Seb lets go Kimi, If they keep the brilliant performance up they can dedicate it to the Mechanic

Yep, Di Resta mentioned Merc can't use their quali mode on the last run anymore as they always have since they had such an advantage before without having to use it, now they are showing their hand early. If anything it's Ferrari who save an extra mode for their final lap

We start on the very young soft tyres, only 1 flying lap in Q2 for both of our guys.

Yeah absolutely, whats to say we havent as well and we are simply quicker!

Lets give our boys some credit instead of constantly saying that its all because of someone else messing it up.

Therefore this proves Ferrari better on the tyre and has a wider working range as it worked today more then the Mercs and also in hotter races better then the Mercs
Too many excuse, in Bahrain FP3 Toto said ferrari was running in high power mode, but in qualifying Ferrari was on top. and everyone was saying they will maul Ferrari in China, lol was has just happened we are 1 and 2 and now Toto is saying the place is too cold. SO Ferrari is great in all weathers

future practise sessions, if Mercs are slow and Ferrari are fast then it's most likely true, 2 races in a row now and people saying Mercs sandbagging etc. I don't think they have the luxury anymore

Both Ferrari's need to hold their positions and not let Bottas get ahead again. Then the race will be much easier to manage.

And hopefully Mad Max will jump Hamilton at the start.
