Would have put us well down and in a lot of traffic, we could have pitted Kimi at SC like RBR

Yes, Kimi as well, but I think Seb could have made great progress on the soft tyre, even if we were further down. Medium tyres really gave up.

Poor decision making by strategists considering the SC. The guys should think faster. Unforgivable mistakes both with Kimi and Seb.

And Kimi once again proving that he's not ready for the big time. He's not even a good teammate. He had the speed to pass Bottas but not the talent, obviously.

We lost the race, that's fine. We lost out on the strategy, fine, it happens. VER dropping VET from the podium and ahead of HAM to 8th because he thinks he's so special, unacceptable. He didn't even get a slap on the wrist for it!

Yeah with how the safety car panned out we would have lost still. But wothout it comig out yes, we lost it by being bonehaded on strategy

If Ricc keeps winning with RBR, he'll stay there. Forget about getting him in his prime.

Not quite, Seb and Bottas were past the pits when the Safety Car was deployed, and RBR reacted. We could have pitted Kimi.

He’s a good teammate but not a aggressive driver anymore. Lacks aggressive skills like ric

Win some you lose some, we lucked out massively in Aus and unfortunately looks like that luck streak came to an end very quickly.

That being said we got caught napping on the undercut, it's well known in China that the undercut works wonders due to the long straights and we had only gapped 3.5 seconds which isn't enough buffer (ideally 5 seconds), they should have brought Vettel in. The Red bulls were fortuitous due to the safety car call being after the lead runners went past the pits, nothing we could do about that.

Seb's starting block on kimi was very bad, we lost the chance to get an easy win there

twiddling thumbs while RB and Mercs all pit, lost the lead there

Missing the chance to pit kimi under SC, no excuse

Mad max torpedo cost vettel a podium chance

alonso pushing seb off cause he is still bitter

Bad day, bad day. kimi got some justice atleast.. i guess

Strategy wasn't great. Verstappen should be given a big slap.

But at least Merc did not win! Hamilton did not get big points. Damage limitation!

Results is not too bad considering Vettel could have been out after that move from Max.

Bad race but good Red Bull picked up the pieces instead of the Mercs. We have a great car that works in both cold and hot temps (so much for the Mercs being setup for the heat today lol). Next time!

They were gonna use Kimi to slow Bottas down. Clearly it failed.

I'm glad that at the very least, Kimi put a Ferrari on the podium.

Max's penalty is not going to stop his kamikaze ways. He crashed into Vettel and still finish ahead of Vettel!
The stewards once gave a race ban to Grosjean for his dangerous ways. Max needs one too.

Low point of the race was our strategy IMO. Red Bull was setting record times after taking on the mediums, this was a clear sign that the mediums was making a huge difference.
Unfortunately Mercs reacted faster than we did.

they probably were going to do what vettel did in Melbourne and leave him out for vsc or sc sadly he pit like two laps before the actual sc came out
