Daniel ricciardo is gold, would take him over max 10000x anyday, he is a champion and not a foolish overrated clown like max whose crashes gives his fans excitement

Absolutly. I was screaming at the tv to bring Raikkonen in straight after Bottas. Instead they sacrificed him for nothing. Then Vettel fell victim to RICHARDHEAD.

Negatives: we lost the race. We should have pitted first if Vettel didn’t have speed in reserve. Unlucky with safety car as we had already gone past the pit entry with Vettel. Verstappen is just going crazy now. This is getting ridiculous.

Positives: we have pace. If not for the safety car, redbull would not have been a factor at all. This is a merc track, and we could not only keep up but build a gap.

We lost this one on strategy. That sucks, but we win together and lose together.
Redbull lucked into it. If the safety car was called 15 seconds later, they would have been in the same boat as Vettel and Bottas. Pure luck. Just like us in Australia.

Luck comes and goes, but WE HAVE PACE

I agree with mwk360, Seb really ruined it for Kimi and the team eventually in the first corner. Kimi lost to Bottas due to Seb pushing Kimi to the right just a bit too much. Not how you do things in a team.

Seb had past the pits, should of done Kimi, but didnt. Oh well, annoying, yes but to start throwing the team under the bus is unfair. Its racing, come next race, team gets it right and you all love them again.

Win some loose some, Kimi on podium, could been a win, 1-2. Hey season long, we still leading.

FIA can’t penalise Verstappen as he’s the up and coming golden boy. Gotta keep him sweet.

The stewards once gave a race ban to Grosjean for his dangerous ways. Max needs one too.

Low point of the race was our strategy IMO. Red Bull was setting record times after taking on the mediums, this was a clear sign that the mediums was making a huge difference.
Unfortunately Mercs reacted faster than we did.
One would think they do, but it doesn't look like the stewards look into how an incident affects the overall situation in the race (maybe even the championship) but there is a good argument that they should. Imagine if that were a fight for the WDC? Bump off the car in front of you and then go for an 11-second gap?

Agree with you, but that lead should have been increased today, instead it is just nine points!

exactly, kimi wasn't even that quick at the statr to say seb is doing his best to cover a bad start, he left an easy straight line for bottas to drive pass while blocking kimi.

They did get lucky when they were in a position to pit when the SC was callled to the track. However, they did a fantastic job yesterday getting Ric's car ready for qualifying just in the nick of time. if it weren't for that, Ric wouldn't be standing on the top step pf the podium today sa hats off to their team!

Would have been a tolerable race except for Max antics. I'd have settled for P2 & wherever Seb should have been before max ruined his race!
That jerk just keeps ruining my enjoyment of so many of the races - nothing good to say about him at all.

28 consecutive point scoring races for ham, he will never have a dnf it seems, max will keep crashing us but can't hurt ham at all.

Still leading both championships but mistakes like today must not happen again if we are to win both.

Verstappen needs a race ban, worked for grosjean...
Interviewer: “The helmet has a special meaning for many drivers. How important is it to you?”
    Kimi: “It protects my head.”

No not all. Seb took inside line to cover himself n not to be on dirty part of track which is on the next turn.
Remember schumi days. He used to do same.
On the other side bottas as better start than Kimi. RB on those US would always give better grip going into the corners.
