Am I the only who think Seb had to go for it. DRS was disabled. No way he would have caught Bottas otherwise.

Nothing shocking about that though. The Red Bulls were super quick on them as well as they held on better while the softs came up to temp on the other cars. Today, we had the right strategy and Vettel was super comfortable out front and our car was easily the strongest. Shame about the mistake at the end, but hats off to Seb on going for it.

Grosjean really made it for us as otherwise Seb would probably have waited longer for an assault.

Last two races aren’t good for us. Out of 4 races so far, 3 races have been decided by SC. This is disgusting.

The SS looked like they could go a couple more laps, Seb's times weren't dropping off drastically and he still had a good gap.

Oh well, I hope our luck turns around next time out, there's no doubt that we have the fastest car atm.

Vettel could have done the same but he was controlling his pace. No need to stress the engine which would need to last 2 more races.

really can not fault Seb for trying to get that win.. he’s a racer, that’s instinct.. it was unfortunate that he locked up at turn 1.. if he was able to get the lead there then he’s the hero of this race..

it’s Grosjean’s fault really.. if he paid attention to his driving, then he wouldn’t have crashed.. that was really stupid.. i mean, c’mon during SC by himself!? if he didn’t crash, then there would have been enough laps for Seb to plan his attack..

it seems a Bottas win, but that was one bad luck getting the puncture..

Ric and Ver’s crash could have been avoided if their pitwall interfered.. they’ve been banging wheels early and no one’s backing down.. it was good to see but you just feel that it would end badly..

Sometimes you just have to play the long game and not risk it all with cold tyres. Had he had patience he would've won the race the next lap.

Kimi showed patience after his race was compromised and got good amount of championship points.

but if they still had grip then seb should'v kept it on too, he had a lead of 10s unless tyre wear is bad for ferrari because i remember him being a bit salow before he pit, thats bad news. can't blame him for attacking bottas wanted kimi to do something too on restart but guess not.

For god sake, plz give that romain Gros place to Charles Leclerc. Atleast he would bring the car home and park it in front of gene.

agree. But GRO had no one to blame and it was under an SC....so a bigger idiot IMO than Max.

It wasnt that bad. Maybe could have kept Seb out a little more to go on the US. But the main threat at the time was Hamilton, and they covered him nicely

They chose to cover Lewis by being on the same compound which was the right thing to do. Today was just luck going against us, the team did well, our car was the fastest and Seb's first stint was immense. Onwards to the next race!

Sadly :( this one when i look back, was very very hard in hindsight, i was wrong blaming them, they should'v left seb on SS but maybe ferrari is bad with SS tyres, sebs pace was falling and it was too far away for US, unless seb could manage more laps from SS in which case yes they lost the race more or less for seb because he was 10s ahead
