Track temp up to 25C at 8am...UK time. It's gonna be another hot one.

Last night on the track they added bumpers (don't know what turn) because drivers were exceeding track limits.

[AMuS] In the longruns, Mercedes are slightly faster than Ferrari. Ferrari had more tyre degradation than them, which is surprising. That could mean that Ferrari push the tyres more to get pole. Ferrari knows that Mercedes struggle when they are behind a car

Kimi much slower than merecs but close to RB, was running in traffic near the end of his stint, also had more tyre deg on front left tyre than rival cars

There's about 0.8s~ difference between medium and softs

According to Sky Merc TV track temps is 22degrees. Its a bit cooler. So I guess Fp3 will favor the Mercs.

Looks like Seb faster on the softs and Kimi faster the mediums, but there really isnt enough data to go by. Ferrari looking decent, we should be in the mix

Wow that was a big one, the slo-mo replay is amazing as the wheel destroyed the suspension.. So glad he's ok.

The failure was in the LH lower wishbone region - either an arm failure, joint failure or a mounting failure at this point of time.

Kimi's first stint was with softs and sebs first stint was with mediums thats why second stints on the opposite tyres look better since their fuel loads were way down, although i could see kimi out quali seb here

Glad it was mechanical failure that caused this accident, as Brendon has been receiving quite a lot of negative vitriol from F1 fanatics, which I don't believe is justified.

The track looks quite bumpy. Most cockpit views are going up and down a lot.

Painfull to watch that accident. Hartley couldnt have done anything better. Luckily he did just enough to not turn the car upside down

The Ferrari engine looks good here, even the Saubers are doing well. Not just Charles, even Ericson is looking decent. Both of them just 1.3s down on Hamilton

mark hughes said their could have been a fuel difference during fp2 between mercedes and ferrari on the hot laps with ferrari running less fuel than mercedes, Anthony said he can tell mercedes are running with less fuel than they did yesterday, so atleast kimi is still close at the moment around 0.15s behind hamilton

Leclerc is 5th fastest and only 0.6 off Bottas - looks like he'd be right up there with the big boys if he was driving the Ferraris.
