I want to see Ferrari domination like it was in the good old days of 2000-2004. The good old era when Schumacher destroyed everyone else, I want to see Sebastian inflicting the same pain on his rivals. It's about time that a red tsunami rises and swallows everything in its path.
It looks like rainy Saturday
Rain is expected in the latter part of Q3.
I'm really hoping Seb (or even Kimi!) can win this one. Would be so nice for Ferrari to take the victory in the home race of Mercedes.
Got em.....stewards for this race

"Lewis [Hamilton of Mercedes] is handy but probably not quite as much of a machine as those two [Sebastian and Fernando] are. They are literally 'plug them in and off they go'. They are very, very handy."
Soooo Ferrari yesterday

sounds like FIA has cooked up something to feed mercedes... so that they can do so some proper practice starts on the grid.. probably they are getting something new which they want to test on proper grid
mercs are trying to simulate race conditions to get the exact data..tyre temp and everything... this explains the first lap which is same as formation ,under SS..so as to find the optimum settings for the start....
can anybody else can come up with any other explaination why fia wants to do this, other than to help mercs?
Mark Webber was gifted a great car, but in his prime, he was heavily beaten by a young Seb. Liked him at first, disliked him soon after. He was never top team material, he was just lucky to land in a championship car. Never at the level of Ferrari's world champs and Felipe too.
The FIA confirms the number of power unit elements during this season so far for the German GP

McLaren slotted floor design was copied by Ferrari and now Red Bull. Red Bull's design very similar if not the same to Ferrari's.

Williams has updates too.....but personally, no amount of updates can help those 2 drivers..
Vettel during the press conference:
Vettel: "After 2016 there was as if a lock opened and we improved. The change in regulations in 2017 has helped us alot to catch up. We lacked some pace at the end of 2017 and we have learnt from it"
Vettel: "The team is still improving and still growing. The team have been here for a long time. We have a group of very good people, a mix of very good people. Sometimes you have things that work better then expected and things that work less then expected."
better to put someone with racing experience (from the cockpit) than those desktop analysts. Villeneuve comes to mind
