Hopefuly this does not affect us like it did at a previous race when FP3 was a wash out. Ferrari usually find a lot of time from Friday to Saturday and now we have to use Quali to verify our set up changes

Im guessing Ferrari did their homework yesterday knowing it could be wet in p3 and quali.

Red Bulls should be favorite for pole if it rains or even on a drying track. So Max has can be P2 and still end up on pole if Ricciardo is quickest. They are going to be "glued" to the track compared to everyone else in the stadium section.

Rain will benefit mercs too esp in s3, they have been faster in the downforce twisty sections since france compared to ferrari, at austria they brought an update that gave a big boost to slow corners as well. Hoping the clouds part away and the sun fries up the track nice and sizzling hot

mercs and other teams are all headscratching thinking ferrari's new power. From the battery is by bypassing the sensor but they cant prove anything yet since the fia have said its all legal at ferrari

di resta said the rain conditions help mercs more, teams that work tyres harder will benefit because of the weather and temperature. ferrari is kinder on tyres according to him

Yeah that's correct. Hopefully Seb can repeat his wet weather heroics like Fuji 2007, Monza 2008, Brazil 2013, Malaysia 2015, Silverstone 2015, USA 2015 etc..

thats not a good thing though, But seb ran a nice chunk on mediums for a long time so i honestly dont think Ferrari is very hard on tyres compared to mercs, i feel only slightly kinder

Apparently FIA have put in another new sensor to test ferrari after yesterday, but still checking if they meant after monaco or was it after yesterday, mercs were stumped and cant explain the power

Yup, anything and everything they can do to give the advantage back to mercs, but im just trying to get info if the new sensor was after monaco or after FP2, Wolff and co were making lots of noise in the paddock about the power advantage , almost 0.3s combined through acceleration and straights

How many times do they have to declare the car legal?

Ferrari should wipe the shock on their faces with another magical improvement with Spec 3 engine.
