This was probably their best of getting a pole in the remaining races barring any rain.
Hopefully we will get the 1-2 tomorrow.
IMO this is the best chance Mercs will have to win considering characteristics of remaining tracks

This is a GREAT! Result, exactly what the team needed. The priority is a front row Ferrari lockout not just one car on pole. If the positions were reversed and Kimi was in front, we'd potentially have Hamilton splitting the Ferrari's. Going on past quali performance Kimi needed the tow more than Vettel did. The team did everything right. In hindsight, post the "will talk later"comment, I'm sure Vettel understands the strategy. Well done!

Imagine being a fly on the wall during ferrari strategy meeting for tomorrow lol, hopefully they don't do the dumb cut on each other like seb did in china and kimi lost a place. They hold all the cards here play it smart and clean, make sure Ham doesn't get past either and then they can decide how badly they want the WDC.

Imo ferrari will let kimi and seb do whatever they want as they will fear backlash from team orders that media will give them if seb ends up ahead. similar to how people cant get over the austria 2002 stuff till now.

I just hope Ferrari takes as much points as possible away from mercs and xnda. meaning ferrari 1 - 2 and seb p1 - kimi p2

Rumors of Perez leaving F.I for Mcl and Brundle was saying(before quali) from what he heard in the paddock leclerc has a very good chance for the seat next year at ferrari but i think this tow seb gave kimi and kimi delivering a beautiful pole with it saved his seat for the next two years. plus leclerc making mistakes
