Also to all those who are bashing our drivers.
If we cant get the set up right then the team is as much to blame.
I suspect Hamilton being 30 points ahead in Wdc was taking more risks than us which got him the pole

So much for having the best car on the grid. 0.6 seconds is another league. LOL.
Maybe half of that can be down to setup and tyres but the other 0.3 sec is between the drivers.
Mercedes got their swag back and have the upper hand again over us, with a slighly better driver.
We have zero chance of winning this years WDC. WCC might be available though

Does anyone really believe Ferrari was fastest today and Vettel and Kimi underperformed that much? That's ridiculous IMO.

I will be very pleasantly surprised if the points gap between VET and HAM is any smaller after tomorrow's race..

If Max in a much weaker car is faster than Vettel it means something.

And what if he doesn't win? Maybe it's time for him to have some bad luck? Don't give up before the race even began. Ferrari usually surprise everyone when they are written off.

Ferrari did have the pace, as shown by vettel fastest S1 in final q3 lap. But it’s all out tyres lasting for whole lap. This is where I think they got it wrong. So it’s down to set-up, not that car was bad.

Well couldn't that mean that Mercedes will have race pace problems.

Law of averages - HAM is due a bad day and VET a decent one but then, as someone said, Lewis has the Devil's luck..

but isnt they cant change it thanks to parc femme?

plus mercs new aero and rims have definitely benefited them on hypers and downforce tracks

Max jumping Lewis at the start or Seb jumping Max at the start. One of these two things better happen or it will be tough to fight for victory. Kimi really needs to keep Ricciardo behind. If he could jump Bottas it would be great. I still believe the top 6 is down to setup. Half a second is down to that.

Yeah, I'm hoping for a bad day for him, he's long overdue one, but it seems he's just the luckiest guy alive.

Max either needs to run into Lewis, or you need to jump him at the start. Simple.

Let's forget voodoo. This business is about having the best hardware, best driver and best team. Ferrari isn't best in any of those. Period. We'd be lucky to get a podium (3rd step, mind you) tomorrow. The Prancing Jalopies!

one positive is that people cant blame leclerc joining ferrari for today's performance. There were no tricks imo, the better drivers and faster cars did better, Ferrari ate its tyre too quick and couldnt finish the lap on the pace like mark hughes first mentioned

the team was extremely dodgy in quali today, imagine kimi didnt argue that the ultras arent going any quicker and they left him out

    Straws to grasp at..
    1) RBR lack of reliability
    2) HAM due some bad luck
    3) VER's crashability
    4) VET due some good luck
    5) Safety cars
    6) VET's record here
    7) RAI has the hump as he's been 'let go' - maybe he'll get stuck in
    8) I'm fed up with ****** results
