i hope so!, both seb & kimi need to watch engine side, seb ran into some sensor issues which effected engine mode in brazil. lol if either win here and deny rat or bottas a win that would great. bottas not winning a race will put him into serious pressure next year which is good for us imo

Good, the WDC WCC teams should have to run the #1 and #2 on the cars.

I think it's only for the FP sessions. Race day will be back to #44 on the nose. Currently the engine cover has #44.

I know, but the rules should state, WDC WCC winning teams run #1 #2 on the cars. Think just looks better.

lol really? why haven't they used it whenever accusations of tyre overheating occurs

Tires gain the most heat in the corners and not on the straights going down the speed traps where they lose heat.

The thermal camera shows surface temp. and not core temp which is vital. I'm sure the teams have a sensor inside the tire rim to indicate core temp. as we are not privy to.

It's nice to see the thermal imaging back.

yup and the outer tyres suffer the most in corners

It's in the inner part of the tire that gains the most heat and suffers more due to the camber (negative camber on the front wheels)
