    1) Bring back manual gearboxes and clutch

    2) No more traction control and electronic aids, DRS etc.

    3) Get rid of the halo, rather a windshield as used in Indycar

    4) Allow unlimited testing

    5) 3 Litre engines, V8, V10 or V12 ,no 'hybrid' etc

    6) Pit refueling

    7) Two main tyre compounds, optional if they want to change them or which they want to use

    8) Bring back same format of qualifying from late 90's

    9) No more punishments for changing engines and parts, same as rules n the late 90's till 2000.

    My solution would be no rules and have a hard cap of $X amount... let the teams develop whatever they think is fastest within that constraint...

    Well, it looks like standardized gearboxes are out the window.
    It's not how start but how you finish.
