Seb made a mistake, I'm not going to deny that. However, F1 has gone too soft and over-regulated. Also, I believe Seb couldn't control his car as he went on the grass where it's slippery and thus couldn't rejoin safely as Hamilton said. That said, this should've been ruled a racing incident, plain and simple. Say what you want about Seb but dude is not afraid to say his piece.

On the same ... ferrari should get rid of Lec race engineer first. They ruined his race, any attack on Ham.
What’s going on with ferrari ???

They were gambling with Leclerc trying exploit a potential SC which never came.

It shouldn’t be like that. Hoping for a crash n then SC when first two pitted.
With vet vs ham battle, Lec would have joined attack on ham if ferrari would have pitted him earlier itself.

I agree. Banking on the safety car practically every race is a moronic strategy.

Nothing really, it was a typical Ferrari strategy. Leclerc was only 2.3 seconds behind Ham, so let's keep him out longer and make Hamilton's life easier.

Another big mistake on the FIA's part. A lot of people will feel that today's incident was misjudged by the stewards (I'm one of them) and that this continued poor interpretation of the so called "regulations" is quickly and inexorably the FIA and as a consequence the whole of Formula One. Ferrari should initiate a formal complaint.

Binotto said that they look ahead, that they are the moral winner. They will work even harder in Maranello now. He says what happened today will only make them stronger.

Binotto should take action on this, remove race engineer & hire new engineer for Lec.

I feel really torn right now. Part of me wants to boycott F1, but the other part wants to support our guys...

Mattia Binotto: "Lewis is saying that is was putting pressure but in the end he was behind and he has stayed behind all race long."

    @ Mario Andretti

I think the function of the stewards is to penalize flagrantly unsafe moves not honest mistakes as result of hard racing. What happened at #CanadaGp is not acceptable at this level of our great sport. @F

Vettel: If you can show me the guy who can go through the grass maybe one hand, looking at the mirror at the same time and talk on the radio, that's not me. If that's required I need to find something else.

The real winner today was Seb! And will always be today, no matter the end results.

For me, Le Mans is the event of the year. Even now, when the LMP1 is kinda meh. But it will be better in the years to come with the new rules. It is certainly worth to watch.

Vettel is a HUMAN. I really praise him to open his mouth and complaining.
It is a situation where a HUMAN driver who drives a real car not a spaceship should have to complain.

Other teams are forced to make mistakes because and why Merc is better and they probably rarely use their full power.
It could be one of those rare situations where they could be forced. It was ruined on very bad way.
